Is it possible to scale images using command line ?
passing the png file name, the model as arguments or something of that sort to process multiple images?

Not right now, but this can relatively easily be added.

Please check the pull request by elMuso. There is an executable in his releases which supports simple batch processing.

Sorry I'm not much into java these days, and anyways there are much better alternatives available, such as:
