Create HTML files for existing models

Batch search and create HTML and API JSON files for existing models.

Also I am not sure if this is the case, but if file no longer exists, it should not null existing stored data in json file or html file.

Ability to integrate with the JSON file created by civitia helper (https://github.com/zixaphir/Stable-Diffusion-Webui-Civitai-Helper).
