chore(sync): synced local './' with remote 'bash/'

Synced from dgibbs64/repo-sync@a350fa5 — Fix molecule PAM sudo errors and checkov block check for all ansible roles

- ansible_user: root in molecule provisioner avoids PAM sudo errors with geerlingguy images
- interpreter_python: auto_silent suppresses interpreter warnings
- .checkov.yml skips CKV2_ANSIBLE_3 (block-for-become does not need rescue section)
