How to Order PCBs
If you have never ordered a PCB before the process may seem confusing, but just follow these steps and it should be fairly straightforward.
There are hundreds of PCB fabrication "fab shops" in the world, and they all function mostly using the same ordering process so you may use whichever fab shop you prefer. We like JLCPCB because they are pretty fast and extremely cheap.

To order a PCB, you must first download the PCB gerber files (this file defines how the PCB should be manufactured)

1.) Upload the gerber zip file (click the add gerber
2.) The PCB dimensions should auto populate once the gerber file loads, but if not for the shield the size should be 56 x 86mm
3.) You shouldn't need to change any settings, the default ones are fine. Make sure the settings match what is in the picture. Feel free to choose whatever PCB color you like, green is the fastest to produce but I think white or black PCBs look really cool.
The quantity for shield PCBs should be 5 (you only need 3, but minimum order size is 5). The quantity for breakout board PCBs should be 10 (you only need 6, but the minimum order size is 10). The quantity for IEA board PCBs should be 10 (you only need 8, but the minimum order size is 10).
4.) Check the option for "SMT Assembly"
Make sure "Assembly top side" is selection (click the left image of the PCB) and set the SMT QTY to 5 for shields (10 for breakout boards and IEA boards). Change "tooling holes" to "added by JLCPCB" and then click confirm!
You need to upload to spreadsheets to the site now, the bill of materials (BOM) and the part placement file (CPL).

Click next once the files have been uploaded.
5.) You should have 3 parts shown for the shields, and 11 qty for the HDMI connectors, 45 resistors, and 45 LEDs
6.) This page is the final summary and shows an estimate view of the PCB with the parts placed on it. As you can see in this picture, it is frequently wrong. I've actually never seen it work correctly. They should still be able to assemble the boards. If everything looks right, click add to cart. Pay for the order and that should be good to go. You might get an email from them asking if the placement is correct and it should be so just say yes
