Icon images do not apply

Describe the bug
If i change the icon in the app it will not change in steam. any game, steam or non-steam

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open boilr
2. Change any icon file of any game
3. Restart Steam

Expected behavior
If i change an icon, it should reflect in steam
