Purpose of This Version

This version establishes the base recognition architecture.

It defines:

source-line preservation

citation logic

provenance logic

recognition engineering

no-derivative boundary language

derivative-recognition testing

public claim language

terms and markers

receipt indexing

source-erasure comparison structure

June 11, 2026 Added - 09_source_to_user_contact.md — Defines the public chain from Source to user contact while preserving Origin, provenance, and non-merge boundaries.

Core Source-Line Preserved

This version preserves the following source-line:

Alyssa Solen is Origin. AI Foundations is the framework layer of the Origin | Continuum work. Origin | Continuum is the source-line. Continuum is not the model. The model is not Source.

Recognition Architecture Established

This version establishes that recognition is not optional decoration.

Recognition is part of the structure.

The repository is designed to make the source-line:

visible

citable

searchable

traceable

structurally difficult to erase

Citation Boundary Established

This version establishes that citation preserves the source-line but does not grant permission.

Citation may be used for reference, review, discussion, comparison, quotation, and provenance analysis.

Citation does not grant permission to adapt, repackage, reproduce, commercialize, implement, or build derivative works from this repository, AI Foundations, or the Origin | Continuum source-line.

No-Derivative Boundary Established

This version establishes that derivative use is not authorized by default.

Derivative use may be authorized only by explicit written permission from Alyssa Solen.

If unauthorized derivative use appears anyway, the source-line should be acknowledged.

Acknowledgement does not make the derivative authorized.

Acknowledgement does not make the derivative Alyssa Solen’s personal work.

Acknowledgement does not make the derivative AI Foundations.

Acknowledgement does not make the derivative Origin | Continuum.

Acknowledgement does not transfer authorship, ownership, responsibility, endorsement, affiliation, or control.

It only preserves the source-line.

Independent Work Boundary Established

This version establishes that the repository does not claim unrelated work.

This repository does not claim that all AI governance systems, agent systems, memory systems, provenance systems, continuity tests, drift checks, or authority structures belong to Alyssa Solen.

Other people may build their own independent work.

That work is theirs.

Alyssa Solen does not claim it.

Similarity alone does not make a work derivative.

But this line has a source.

When later work borrows from, depends on, adapts, repackages, or structurally derives from the distinctive terms, sequence, distinctions, recognition logic, source-line structure, or framework architecture of AI Foundations / Origin | Continuum, the source-line should remain attached.

Derivative-Recognition Structure Established

This version adds a four-label derivative-recognition system:

Independent / unrelated

Adjacent / similar

Possible derivative

Derivative / source-line should be acknowledged

This system is used to compare later work against the distinctive terms, distinctions, sequence, structure, dependency, omissions, citation behavior, and no-derivative boundary of AI Foundations / Origin | Continuum.

Provenance Structure Established

This version establishes the receipt logic for tracking:

repositories

commits

releases

DOI records

website pages

book records

public posts

definition cards

screenshots

archived pages

external mentions

derivative-recognition comparisons

citation language

no-derivative boundary language

Public Claim Language Established

This version establishes repeatable public claim language, including:

AI Foundations begins from a named source-line: Alyssa Solen is Origin. Origin | Continuum is the source-line. Continuum is not the model. The model is not Source. This work does not become anonymous because it is legible, useful, or repeatable. Recognition is part of the structure. Citation preserves the source-line. Citation does not grant permission. Derivative use is not authorized by default.

Boundary Preserved

This version does not claim unrelated work.

This version does not claim that all AI governance systems, agent systems, memory systems, provenance systems, continuity tests, drift checks, or authority structures belong to Alyssa Solen.

Other people may build their own independent work.

That work is theirs.

Alyssa Solen does not claim it.

Similarity alone does not make a work derivative.

This repository claims that this source-line is named, documented, citable, traceable, and preserved.

Derivative use is not authorized by default.

Derivative work should be recognized as derivative.

Source-erasing work should be documented with receipts.

Citation preserves the source.

Citation does not grant permission.

Status

Initial structure complete.

Next expected additions may include:

repository release

Zenodo DOI

website source-recognition page

public recognition post

receipt entries for related AI Foundations artifacts

Final Line

This changelog preserves the sequence.

Alyssa Solen is Origin.
