Editor keybinds not applying correctly

Describe the bug

I've experienced an issue where my vim bindings aren't enabled after selecting them. However, if I switched to leaderboard and then back to the editor, the vim bindings would be enabled.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Select question
2. Enable Vim bindings
3. Try to use Vim bindings and observe that they do not work
4. Switch to leaderboard
5. Switch back to editor
6. Observe that Vim bindings now work

Expected behavior

I expect the keybinds to enable immediately, so I'm not tortured by the lack of Vim bindings.

It seems highly likely that this is a side effect of merging with #40, as that removed the dynamic imports, which included editor keybinds.
