1/2 cup applesauce

1/3 cups sugar

3/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp cinamon

1/4 tsp allspice (opt)

1/2 cup rasisns (opt)

1/2 cup shredded coconut (opt)

1/2 cup diced walnuts (opt)

1 1/2 cups SR flour
- preheat oven 180C
- blend all together except flour
- gently fold in flour, dont over mix
- cook 180C ~ 18 mins. Check with skewer.
Top with chocolate icing is nice!
