Bluetooth connection to Polar H10

I have a strange effect. I cannot connect my qdomyos to my polar H10 chest HR sensor, except if I follow exactly these steps:

1. turn off the treadmill
2. put the chest strap on
3. open bluetooth settings on the phone and tap the H10, wait for it to show "connected"
4. open qdomyos, wait for it to show "found H10"
5. power on treadmill

Then I have the App and the treadmill both showing the heart rate.

If I connect the H10 to the treadmill first, it is impossible to get QDomyos-Zwift to connect to the H10 and get the heart rate.

What could be the reason for this?

Potentially relevant settings:

• Disable HRM from Machinery: enabled
• enable virtual device: disabled (I had this enabled originally but connection with treadmill was unstable)

The only difference is that one is on android. Maybe you can give it a try?

I have noticed that if I start QZ and there is no HR displayed on the Treadmill when I connect QZ it doesn't appears in the app even if later the HR data is displayed by the treadmill, to make it work I have to wait for the HR to be displayed on the treadmill and restart QZ and then is displayed even in the app.

ok, I will restart the app next time and see what happens. But I already start the app after the HR strap is already connected to the threadmill and it does not work.

I tried the recommendation (restart the app), that does not work. I have to open bluetooth settings and manually connect to the H10 HR monitor first, then turn on the treadmill. It doesn't connect otherwise. Could be a problem with the H10 though.
