Subject: [PATCH] Bump omnibus submodule to include CHEF-28367 /version
 endpoint fix

Points chef-server-omnibus-config submodule at fadd486 (main) which
restricts the /version endpoint to return only the first line of
version-manifest.txt instead of the full internal component manifest.
