Chocolatey GUI should use the word "Upgrade" rather than "Update" #937

Description

@Windos

Is Your Feature Request Related To A Problem? Please describe.

Chocolatey GUI uses the term "update" for the act of upgrading packages which is inconsistent with the related Chocolatey CLI command.

This is seen in the context menu of outdated packages, the upgrade update all button, and likely a few other places I haven't spotted yet.

Describe The Solution. Why is it needed?

Instances of the word "update" should be swapped to the word "upgrade".

Given that the choco update command was recently removed, after being deprecated for a long time, if feels like this change would be more consistent across products and help to reinforce that "upgrade" is the term to be used.
