Add Quotes to the quotes.json file

## Steps to add quotes
go to `assets/quotes.json`

Find some interesting or inspirational quotes or create your own.

Inside `quotes.json`

1. Pass the quote as a  string to `quote:` 
2. Pass the Author name as a  string to `arthur:`
