How is React end of life data determined?

Hi everyone, thanks for working on this project!
I have a question regarding how are these dates gathered. For React end-of-life dates (both Active Support and Security Support), I'm not able to find these dates from React release notes and React doc. Would you mind share the reference of the info?

Unfortunately, React does not have a well defined policy. The page links to reactjs/react.dev#1745, where this comment is what we use:

If there was a critical security vulnerability affecting all majors we would do every effort to release a patch for the latest minor of every major, as well as for every minor of the current major.
