Boundary instance missing eumd namespace

The eumd namespace missing in the boundary instance from the latest boundary data although the eumd is needed in UML

• change eumd to dcatcim (or dcat-cim?) #16 is the "opposite" of this issue
• Undefined cim, eumd, nc props #155 points out missing definition

@Sveino, the decision was to move these 3 props from eumd to dcatcim, right?
