Autoplay for cameras

@southpauw suggested that we setup automatic digital photo import when a camera is plugged in. Is this something we want, @ahanson? I think that if we need to do this we'll need to do the following:

• Find and install a program that can import photos from a camera
• Update the install script to setup "Import digital photographs when connected" in the "Cameras" tab of the "Removable Drives and Media" settings
• Test this on a FreeGeek computer (not a vm) to ensure things work as expected
