For what it's worth, the meat behind the custom Bionomia download structure can be found at https://github.com/gbif/occurrence/blob/master/occurrence-download/src/main/resources/templates/bionomia/execute-bionomia-query.ftl. I suppose it's the "-- Interpreted terms" indicated there that are affected most by the change in backbone. If kingdom, family, and scientificName are here sourced from COL-XR then that's perfectly fine. The Bionomia download format does also use v_scientificName, which continues to be necessary. The next Bionomia download (frequency is once a month) will happen the middle of next week. If the swap of backbone used happens before then, I can certainly let you know if it worked as expected.
