scientificNameAuthorship element is missing in occurrence DwC-A download

When a download is made, for example this or this one the resulting "occurrence.txt" file does not have the element scientificNameAuthorship present.
It is present in the verbatim file but not in the interpreted one.

One of our users at helpdesk considers it could be useful to have the authorship in a separate field, this is the message:

It is a pity that the scientificNameAuthorship element is not included in the standard DwC-A download, as it is a very important piece of information when working with scientific names as separate components: genus, specificEpithet, infraspecificEpithet, and scientificNameAuthorship.
Although it is possible to extract the authorship from the scientificName field or retrieve it by joining with another table, both approaches require additional processing that could easily be avoided if the field were included directly in the occurrence.txt file.

Perhaps we could add this to the occurrence.txt using the info from CoL XR? I will re-open this issue so we can consider it.
