Registry UI never updates

Hiya, so I've ran into an issue where none of the pages update their content.

I've tried refreshing cache, different browsers, no-cache (via firefox devtools), tried forcefully refreshing the page. I've tried every option I can think of, but nothing works.

The API still shows the correct data, but if I try to visualise it via the webportal it does not show the updated content.

For example, I'll make a new robot user:

And, as you can see, nothing changes!

This happens for new repositories, new registries, new users, new artifacts, new ANYTHING. It also happens for UPDATED items too.

Does anyone know why this happens, if anything can be done to resolve this, etc?

The tech stack is:
Kubernetes
Docker (obviously)
Harbor (NO notary)
Nginx (for forwarding, proxy) | This is host system side, NOT inside Kubernetes
Cloudflare (for certificates, DNS, etc)
