libman library loading fails

Describe the bug
libman requires the shared library libcapnp-1.5-dev.so, but can't find it

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open Terminal
2. Execute libman
3. Causes error:

~/Desktop > libman
libman: error while loading shared libraries: libcapnp-1.5-dev.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Environment:

• OS: macOS
• Operating mode: VNC
• Version tag 2026.006
