how i can pass dynamic url or some parametere to script from command line when i execute command

i am using "https://github.com/lmc-eu/steward" library to make automatic testing and it's workin fine. but  defined static website url to test in script. now i want to pass dynamic url from command line when i execute command to run script but i can't find how to do that
