reqwest 2 versions

Is really required to have 2 versions of the same library?

   Compiling reqwest v0.12.28
   Compiling reqwest v0.13.2

Not ideal, but currently expected:

• reqwest 0.12 — pulled by our crates + mcpr (MCP).
• reqwest 0.13 — pulled by genai.

Cargo keeps both major versions because they are incompatible. It compiles fine; it mainly costs binary size / compile time, not correctness.

Cleanup path: either bump/replace mcpr/genai onto one reqwest line, or drop the dependency that forces the older line. Tracking as dependency hygiene — not a user-facing bug.
