Describe your suggested feature
The current "Automatic updates" menu (Settings → Library → Global update) only offers fixed options: Off, Every 12 hours, Daily, Every 2 days, Every 3 days, Weekly. None of these let you anchor the update to a specific time of day — the interval counts from whenever the last update happened to run, so the actual fire time drifts. This means there's no way to reliably have the library updated before checking the app (e.g. first thing in the morning) without manually triggering an update yourself.
Requested: add a new "Custom" radio option to this same list, below Weekly. When selected, instead of a fixed interval, the user picks a specific time of day (HH:MM, AM/PM) for the update to run once every 24 hours at that time — e.g. "run daily at 7:00 AM." This is purely additive — Off / 12 hours / Daily / 2 days / 3 days / Weekly all stay exactly as they are. "Custom" is just one more choice in the same menu, for people who want updates anchored to a fixed clock time instead of a rolling interval.
Other details
A single time picker is enough for the core ask. Multiple custom times per day, or custom multi-day intervals with a fixed time (e.g. every 4 days at 7 AM), would be nice-to-haves but aren't required.
Note: a prior issue (#1646) requested something similar but was a one-line description with no activity, and was closed as "not planned" and locked — so there's no active thread to add to. Opening this fresh with more detail and screenshots.
