It should be able to use the counter of downloaded chapters in each manga to organize them from the manga with most downloaded chapters to the one with the least number.
And in case of mangas having the same number of downloaded chapters, it could consider the date of last updated chapter as criteria to organize library, but using any other method is also acceptable
Other details
It should be helpful, for when downloaded some mangas enterely to read whenever the person has time, but because of updates and such sometimes I forget them.
It should be also helpful for people that want free space, by only deleting from entries with most chapters, that sometimes the person forgot that they downloaded
