kubectl get provisioningrequests issue

Hello, I am following this tutorial:

https://docs.nephio.org/docs/guides/user-guides/usecase-user-guides/exercise-4-ocloud-cluster-prov/

However, I always fail at step 5, specifically at the
kubectl get provisioningrequests
command, which outputs

No resources found
Can anyone help?

I'm using GCE with the e2-standard-8 instance.

• Nephio was successfully installed
• O2Ims operator was successfully installed
• Focom was successfully installed
