How to configure GLEW on Windows 11 using MinGW and VS2022?

VS2022 works, I think. What's the combo with gcc?

I have configured using the following MinGW components.

x86_64-8.1.0-release-posix-seh-rt_v6-rev0.7z

I don't know if GLFW supports this version of MinGW. If it does, how do I build and use GLFW in MinGW?
