Multi I2C bus support!

You write a library perfect for Esp32.
We know that the esp32 can create a multi-I2C bus with it's GPIO pins. Could you tweak your source code to enable the multi-I2C bus feature?

Is there any update on this? I plan on using this lib for a total of 3 MT6701 magnetic encoders via two I2C-busses on my ESP32. One bus will use two encoders, one with a different address and the second bus will only serve one encoder with the default address. Is there a simple way to configure this setup with this library?
