manifest: Update sdk-zephyr, sdk-nrfxlib and nrf_wifi revision

Update revision for following changes:
1. [SHEL-4135] Add display_scan_abort_on_bss_limit to control
	       whether UMAC aborts a scan or prioritizes best
               RSSI when the BSS limit is reached.
               RPU patch version update from 1.2.14.8 to 1.2.14.9.
2. [SHEL-4183] Revert Race free sleep design.
