Hello and thanks for asking! As far as I can tell, the OpenZiti tunnelers should be available in the macOS and iOS app stores of the countries you mentioned here. For example the listing in the Japan App Store is https://apps.apple.com/jp/app/ziti-desktop-edge/id1460484572.

Are you not seeing the apps in the apple app stores, or are you looking for builds with non-english strings?
