GoogleTrends “consistently scaled search interest” output: clarify the scaling of the data provided

We requested consistently scaled search interest, but the downloaded output shows each non-zero series with a maximum value of 100.
We ran the extraction and obtained complete series. However, every non-zero series has a maximum value of 100, which looks like traditional 0–100 Google Trends scaling.

Q: Could you please confirm whether this endpoint/parameter (SCALING = "CONSISTENT") is returning the “consistently scaled search interest” output, or whether we are still using the standard Trends graph output? If this is not the consistently scaled output, could you please indicate the exact method/parameter needed?

Other things I would like to ask:
. Does the API method name need to be getGraph, getTimelines, or another method for consistently scaled search interest?
. Does the API require topic IDs instead of topic labels?
. Does the consistently scaled output require an explicit parameter?
. Does monthly frequency need an aggregation parameter?
. Does Web Search need restrictions_property = "web" or should it be omitted?
. Does Worldwide require no geography parameter, empty string, or a specific code?
