We should have some kind of unit and integration tests, running via Travis CI.
One complication is that most of the code requires a running Elasticsearch instance, but that can probably be installed into Travis fairly easily.
We could start with the easy stuff, e.g. filter_corpus.py should be quite straightforward to test.
