NBD Client for macOS

Hi,

I see there is an example nbd-client here:

Would this work as an nbd-client implementation for macOS?

I don't think there are any other options on Mac.

I had same question, seems it is not possible unless there is something like https://github.com/macfuse/macfuse for nbd.
On workaround is just run a linux on mac via lima, orbstack etc. which can run linux with nbd kernel module enabled.
