Hablan de la vulneribilidad de cl_move flood que en realidad .. esto esta bloqueado por rehlds el problema surje cuando modifican el valor de las cvars de flooding .. no existe exploit que bloquee o crashee el servidor solo malos administradores que hacen sus servidores vulnerables desconfigurandolos o los mismos hosting pero usen los valores default y listo no hace falta ningun fix

Estan nombrando al exploit de cl_move , mas arriba es por eso que comente eso .. de igual manera yo tampoco entiendo por que se basan en ese exploit como el causante cuando ese tipo de flood de paquetes del cliente.. puede bloquear el hilo principal del servidor pero nunca llega a caer el servidor o crashear ... que de igual manera se solucionaba usando los valores default del rehlds de las cvars de security
