Psychology Skills Pack — 20 research-backed behavioral skills for marketing, UX, copy & sales
What did you build or discover?
A pack of 20 agent skills that make any AI psychologically informed when producing
marketing copy, UX flows, email sequences, sales pitches, landing pages, and visual
design briefs.
Most skill packs teach the AI technical tasks. This one teaches it human psychology —
so when you ask it to write a landing page or design an onboarding flow, it's
automatically applying evidence-based behavioral frameworks to make the output
actually work on real people.
Each skill was written using a minimum of 10 peer-reviewed papers sourced from
Google Scholar, PubMed, and Semantic Scholar. Frameworks are derived directly from
cited research — Kahneman, Cialdini, BJ Fogg, Loewenstein, Thaler, and others —
not from intuition or general knowledge.
How it works
The pack is organized into 4 tiers that chain together:
Tier 1 — Profilers (run first, everything depends on these)
@customer-psychographic-profiler — desires, fears, identity, worldview
@jobs-to-be-done-analyst — functional, emotional, and social jobs
@awareness-stage-mapper — Schwartz ladder positioning + messaging calibration
Tier 2 — Strategic layer
@identity-mirror — aspirational identity mapping
@emotional-arc-designer — full emotional journey from entry to action
@brand-perception-psychologist — subconscious signal audit + realignment
@visual-emotion-engineer — color, typography, layout mapped to emotion + demographic
Tier 3 — Persuasion & trust
@trust-calibrator — trust barrier diagnosis + signal prescription
@objection-preemptor — resistance mapping + reactance-safe neutralization
@loss-aversion-designer — gain vs loss framing decision matrix
@scarcity-urgency-psychologist — urgency mechanics calibrated to cynicism level
Tier 4 — Output skills
@copywriting-psychologist
@headline-psychologist
@social-proof-architect
@ux-persuasion-engineer
@onboarding-psychologist
@pitch-psychologist
@price-psychology-strategist
@sequence-psychologist
@subject-line-psychologist
Each skill defines its own expert agent role (consumer psychologist, behavioral
economist, visual psychologist, etc.), documents its upstream skill dependencies,
and includes a failure modes section so the agent self-corrects.
Built using a meta-skill (@skill-writer-psychologist) that forces the agent to
complete a 3-phase protocol — research, synthesis, then writing — before producing
any skill output.
