Publish jdaviz and its missing dependencies on conda-forge #4323

Description

@miguelgomezgomez

Hi!

We'd like to get jdaviz on conda-forge. We're using it in GOATS (Gemini Observation and Analysis of Targets System) at Gemini Observatory, and we've been maintaining local conda packages for our internal infrastructure. Publishing jdaviz on conda-forge would make installation much easier for our users and for the broader scientific Python community.

Some required dependencies are currently missing from conda-forge or need to be updated:

ipygoldenlayout
ipypopout
ipysplitpanes
ipyvuedraggable
stdatamodels

We'll determine the exact version constraints when preparing the recipes.

The main benefits would be:

simpler installation and dependency management;
improved accessibility across institutions;
reduced reliance on custom conda channels; and
easier long-term maintenance for downstream projects such as GOATS.

We're happy to help prepare the staged-recipes submissions and maintain the resulting feedstocks. If members of the jdaviz team or the wider community are interested in co-maintaining them, we'd be glad to collaborate.

Would this be something the project would support?
