Add additional selection criteria for LRS EXTRACT1D ref files

Issue JP-4417 was created on JIRA by Ian Wong:

Current reference file rules for LRS only select for EXPTYPE. However, with the implementation of new LRS subarrays, this is no longer sufficient, and SUBARRAY will also need to be added as a selection criterion. 

The plan is to create separate EXTRACT1D reference files for each combination of EXPTYPE and SUBARRAY, with the likelihood of also including TSOVISIT as a selection criterion to distinguish between slit TSO and non-TSO observations with the full array readout, which have the spectral trace positioned differently.

This ticket is to track work on checking to see whether there are pipeline-internal changes that are needed to ensure that the correct extraction aperture information is ingested and used properly for each observing mode and subarray.

Is there any pipeline work associated with this? This might need to be a CRDS ticket if we're just updating selection criteria to prepare for new files.

Typically we'd ensure that the new selector is part of the datamodel schema, such that it's preserved on load. However, non-IFU extract1d reference files are just json files with no defined schema and are not loaded into a datamodel. This might be something to improve upon in the future, but for now that means no pipeline work is necessary.
