About my work

I build integrity controls for AI-augmented systems and practical security for people who are usually deprioritized in threat models.

My flagship project is STELE – an integrity engine that wraps high‑risk AI workflows in a governed harness instead of blind trust. It compiles your project into an egregore, watches behavior through named tripwires, and locks out when risk crosses a threshold. You’re funding an intentionally fragile guardrail that makes powerful models fail safely and loudly, carrying valuable information about exactly why they did so instead of failing quietly and taking their insights with them to the grave.

I also build Secure Pride – a privacy‑first cybersecurity effort for the LGBTQ+ community and their allies. The goal is to make safer defaults, clear guidance, and accessible tools available to people who are often targeted but rarely prioritized in security roadmaps.

Alongside these projects, I maintain:

• macOS hardening configs and workflows for security‑conscious developers
• GitHub Actions and CI/CD safety nets to reduce supply‑chain risk and accidental exposure in build pipelines

Most of this work is tested, documented, and shipped openly so small teams can get “big company” security benefits without big company budgets.
