Contributing new mutators

Please do you have guideline how to write custom mutators ?
Outside the project or how to contribute one in the striker ?

For which Stryker version are you asking this? All three versions have there own implementation and also guidelines on how to create new mutators

Since this was the first thing I found when looking for a documentation on how to do it - I'd be interested in JS/TS. Particularly, I wasn't able to find a JSX-Able mutator, and I'd like to implement those, if possible.
