Homebrew cask packaging for macOS

I packaged NetPad for macOS as a Homebrew cask for my own personal use. Since the official executable is unsigned, I couldn't send it upstream to the Homebrew/homebrew-cask upstream, which requires codesigning, so instead I made it my own personal tap with workaround code.

You can install it with the command below:

brew install dahlia/priv/netpad
