Feature request: Open file dialog and Linqpad format conversion

Thanks for NetPad.

I find it surprising and restrictive that scripts can only be under the 'Scripts' folder/panel. It will be good if there was a way to open and save .netpad files from/to any location in the file system, and even better if .linq (LinqPad files) could also be opened/converted to NetPad compatible scripts (unsaved).

I tried forking the repo and implementing a file open/browse dialog in GitHub Codespaces but the frontend couldn't compile after making some changes and I (and Copilot) couldn't figure out why.

Anyway, it will be awesome if someone implements the file open improvements in NetPad.

Open File, Open Recent and Save As are now merged. LINQPad format conversion is in progress!
