Docs: Dimension token type example outdated

I noticed that the example on the [Dimension token type docs page](https://terrazzo.app/docs/reference/tokens/#dimension) is outdated, because it is still in the old format instead of the latest format like described in [the spec](https://www.designtokens.org/tr/2025.10/format/#dimension).
