docs: add integration recipes for Raycast, Claude hooks, and other tools

Add documentation for integration recipes that help users quickly launch mdts from various tools and workflows.

Proposed Integrations

Raycast

• Script command to launch mdts in the current directory
• Script command to launch mdts for specific folders (e.g., notes, docs)
• Deeplink support for quick access

Claude Hooks

• Post-generation hook to preview AI-generated markdown
• Integration with Claude CLI workflows

Other Potential Integrations

• VS Code tasks / keybindings
• Alfred workflows
• Shell aliases / functions
• Git hooks (e.g., preview CHANGELOG on commit)

Tasks

• Create docs/integrations.md or docs/recipes.md
• Add Raycast script examples
• Add Claude hook examples
• Add link to new doc from README.md
• Consider adding example scripts to examples/ directory

Why

Making it easier for users to integrate mdts into their existing workflows will improve adoption and daily usability.

Hey @unhappychoice — mdts looks like exactly the kind of zero-friction markdown tool I've been wanting. I saw you opened #484 yourself for integration recipes (Raycast, Claude hooks, VS Code tasks, shell aliases).

I'd love to write a clean docs/integrations.md covering all of those with real, tested examples. Happy to do it for a small bounty ($75–100) if you're open to it — no pressure at all if that's not your style. I'm also happy to just contribute it.
