Create ability to link People in Immich to Contacts in Nextcloud

Even if the process were manual, having a process to link Immich People to Nextcloud Contacts would be amazing.
Perhaps a flow that suggests pairings (based on simple name comparisons), then allows the user to approve or skip them? (Nothing automatically applied.)

This is somewhat related to #45 , though not directly.

Phew, in my opinion, this isn't really a genuine use case. Integration also seems rather difficult, at least at first glance. The Contacts app doesn't offer any hooks or provider interfaces. DOM injection might work, but it would end up being pretty hacky, and if Nextcloud makes any changes, the feature could break. And modifying the vCards in the background isn't exactly what a user would expect either.
