Static HTML files for ARRRmada initial release 1.0.0

The links in the attached html files will work when running the site locally in a browser. To build static files for a server, clone the repo, edit the site and base url variables in the _config.yml file for your needs, then run bundle exec jekyll build where Jekyll will build the static HTML files in the _site directory.
