Task

Generating a thumbnail for newly spawned assemblies (Imported Locally).

Note

1. should probably add support for Autodesk hubs now that I think about it.
2. Will need to create another PR for exporting all of the default assets to replace their thumbnails

SYNTH-272

Symptom

Locally imported robots using c++ exporter and urdf do not have thumbnails

Solution

Creating thumbnails within the simulator by rendering a frame from a set camera angle and calculated framing and then embedding it into the mira data (so if they are exported again then it will be in that data).
