 * Fix hand not swinging for all items
 * Fix dimensional trapdoor being registered client-side
 * Make rift blade teleport near the entity rather than on it
 * Rift jitter adjustment and config option
 * Remove "In" suffixes and "par" prefixes from remaining parameters
