Adds ShellSage to Command-Line Productivity (placed alphabetically).
ShellSage is a local-first shell agent powered by Ollama: describe a task in plain English and it proposes the right OS-aware command, blocks dangerous ones, confirms risky ones, runs it, and remembers what works. MIT licensed, with tests and CI.
