Adding shtoolkit (formerly BetterScripts POSIX Suite) — a set of self-contained POSIX.1 shell libraries (emulated arrays/maps/deques, argument parsing, path and string utilities) with no external dependencies beyond a POSIX-compliant environment. Each library ships with its own test suite and full documentation, and has been verified across over a dozen shells, (including sh, bash, dash, ksh88/93, mksh, zsh, and busybox, including restricted-shell modes), on Ubuntu, Solaris, FreeBSD, OpenBSD, and WSL.
