Top 10 Core: The Summons is a short-form introduction to the larger What Really Happened (WRH) curriculum system. It is designed as a 5-week, non-clinical psychoeducational program that teaches ten core survival laws in plain language.
The program focuses on pattern recognition, nervous-system adaptation, freeze responses, shame cycles, survival strategies, and practical interruption points. It does not require participants to disclose personal trauma history or participate in therapy-style processing.
The program is organized as a 5-week accelerated core covering ten laws that address trauma, survival mechanisms, and personal sovereignty. Each week contains one comprehensive session covering two laws.
This shorter format can be used as:
- an introduction to WRH,
- a low-barrier public workshop structure,
- a peer-support education series,
- a pilot-ready first step before a longer curriculum,
- or a simplified teaching track for groups that are not ready for the full 30-session or 75-session model.

Top 10 Core is non-clinical psychoeducation. It is not therapy, medical advice, legal advice, diagnosis, crisis care, or a substitute for licensed professional support.
The program focuses on understanding the "wiring" and "machine" of survival patterns rather than asking participants to dig through or disclose personal trauma.
