Conflict resolutions:
- services/market-manager/{Cargo.lock,Cargo.toml,Dockerfile,src/main.rs}:
modify/delete (dev added logging; this branch removed the service) -> kept
removed. The market-manager service is extracted to its own repo.
- docker-compose.stage.yml: kept ours (market-manager service + volume gone);
api/indexer file logging comes from the base docker-compose.yml.
- Scrubbed the market-manager references dev's new crates/logging introduced
(Cargo.toml + lib.rs comments), matching the rest of the removal.
