Overview
Bumps the locked js-yaml version in frontend/package-lock.json from 4.1.1 to 4.3.0 (still on the v4 line). The lockfile entry also picks up npm funding metadata for the package.

This is a dependency-only change with no edits to application source. 4.3.0 backports loader hardening such as maxTotalMergeKeys to limit YAML merge (<<) processing during load() / loadAll(), which is the main functional/security motivation called out in the release notes.
